Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support various teams with administrative and scheduling tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication, time-management skills, and a proactive approach to handling multiple responsibilities. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in organizing and streamlining administrative tasks, assisting with calendar management, email handling, and providing support across different teams. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Assist in general office tasks, such as managing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining internal communication systems.

Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize and manage calendars for team members, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.

  • *

Email Management: Filter and manage incoming emails, prioritize correspondence, and respond to client inquiries or direct them to the relevant team members.

  • *

Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain and update records, compile reports, and track important data for the teams.

  • *

Task Coordination: Support team members by coordinating tasks, following up on project timelines, and providing reminders for upcoming deadlines.

  • *

Client Liaison: Assist with customer communication, ensuring inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.

  • *

General Administrative Tasks: Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as needed, including document preparation, data analysis, and creating presentations.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or office support role is required.

  • *

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.

Proficiency in Technology: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and Teams.

Highly Organized: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and communication.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems or complete tasks without direct supervision.

Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful in finding solutions to administrative challenges that may arise.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role.

Experience managing calendars, emails, and general office administrative duties.

Experience with remote working tools and platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and cloud-based file sharing (Google Drive, OneDrive).

Prior experience working in a tech or startup environment is a plus but not required.

Full-time, remote position.

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (timezone dependent).
