This is a commission-only contractor position, perfect for self-motivated individuals who love fast-paced chat environments, know how to flirt with finesse, and can sell without sounding salesy. - Respond to OnlyFans messages in real-time with warmth, creativity, and charm
- Use custom scripts, brand voice guidelines, and campaigns to drive engagement and PPV sales
- Track your personal sales performance via our CRM (we’ve made it easy!)
- Work assigned shifts (primarily afternoons, evenings, or weekends)
- Maintain fast response times (under 5 minutes during shifts)
- Follow SOPs and chat standards defined by our Chat Manager
✅ Requirements
- Fluent English (writing must be top-tier: natural, sexy, confident)
- Strong sales instincts with a casual, persuasive tone
- 15–25 hours/week availability (flexible shifts; evenings and weekends prioritized)
- Stable internet, computer/laptop, and distraction-free environment
