Senior Project Manager - Tech Initiatives
Our client, a leading technology firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington, US , is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives. This role demands exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing software development, infrastructure, or other technology-related projects from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans, and managing resources effectively. Key responsibilities include identifying and mitigating project risks, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee project teams, facilitate meetings, track progress, and report on project status to senior management. Experience with various project management methodologies, such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, is essential. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with a combination of remote work for individual contribution and on-site collaboration to foster team synergy and strategic alignment within our Seattle offices.
