Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources, ensuring high-quality data integrity and consistency.
  • Verifying and updating existing data for accuracy and completeness, maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records for easy retrieval, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all company and client information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to clarify information and resolve discrepancies as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field are highly valued.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred but not required; we're open to training and developing the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, ensuring the highest standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Shift Details

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the following shift details:

  • Hours: Evening shift (approximately 4 PM - 9 PM, flexible to accommodate your needs).
  • Days: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities to accommodate business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15 - $18/hour (depending on experience), as well as:
