Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. You'll handle a range of inquiries, from product information to order status updates, and work to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
