Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance. You'll provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
- Document customer interactions and maintain records
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
