Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
  • Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
  • Coordinating scheduling for travel consultations and managing the calendar for the agency
  • Processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking client accounts
  • Supporting the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases
  • Researching travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients' needs
  • Working closely with travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking software (a plus)
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • A passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect getaway
