Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and executing data-driven projects to inform business decisions, leveraging a wide range of data sources and analytical tools
- Developing and maintaining complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence and insights
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and implement data-driven strategies
- Communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact data-driven projects and insights
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, Python, R, and statistical software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including predictive modeling and natural language processing
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
- Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
