Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and comprehensive metadata for our vast library of content
- Play a crucial role in enhancing the viewer experience on the arenaflex platform
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve metadata-related issues
- Develop and maintain metadata standards and guidelines
- Work closely with our content teams to ensure metadata accuracy and consistency
- Analyze and report on metadata-related metrics and trends
- Participate in quality assurance and testing processes to ensure metadata accuracy
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with metadata management tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of metadata standards and guidelines (e.g. Dublin Core, schema.org)
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Experience with quality assurance and testing processes
- Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist)
