Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems using a computer or laptop

  • Meet or exceed productivity standards for data entry tasks
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry work
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email as needed
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own judgment and initiative
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 16 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • Minimum 30 words per minute typing speed
  • Proficient with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong English written and spoken language skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields, or related areas

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with email marketing and client communication
