Marketing Manager
OKTOBER is hiring Marketing Manager to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us. In this role you will own the marketing engine, building brand, generating leads, and feeding the SDR with the content and campaigns needed to convert What you'll do Own and execute the marketing plan across all active channels Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent output Align marketing activity with sales priorities and ICP targeting Produce and publish LinkedIn content in the founder's voice Write and send the newsletter Manage case study production, gather client stories, write, publish Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints Run outbound campaign support alongside the SDR Manage LinkedIn organic growth and engagement strategy Identify and test new lead generation channels Coordinate SaaS partnerships and referral programme activity Identify guest content, podcast, and community opportunities Manage event and webinar execution when relevant Deliver weekly report on leads generated, content performance, channels ROI What success looks like A consistent flow of warm, qualified leads into the SDR's pipeline every week What we're looking for (non-negotiable) 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in agency or SaaS Proven ability to execute — not just strategise Strong writing skills across formats (social, email, long-form) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team Experience with LinkedIn organic growth and content What you'll get Competitive salary Generous paid time off Fully remote — work from wherever you do your best work Clear growth path, plus access to all the tools, data, courses, and coaches you need to level up This is for you if You thrive with autonomy and don't need to be managed You're a builder — you enjoy creating things from scratch You care about output, not just activity This is not for you if You need a large team or big budget to get things done You prefer strategy over execution You're looking for a slow, corporate environment Speak soon ❤️ Apply To This Job
