Donor Meeting Scheduler
Job DetailsOverview of the Position Students for Life of America is looking for a Donor Tour Scheduler. The individual will be responsible for communicating with donors from across the country to book meetings both in person and virtually for our Major Gift Officers as well as our President, Kristan Hawkins.
Responsibilities
Scheduling meetings between donors and senior development staff by: Making a minimum of 75 calls a week; Sending email merges to donors weekly and drafting responds emails accordingly. Joining weekly and daily team meetings to run over weekly priorities.
Qualifications
Candidates must have some experience of working on the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates must have knowledge of grammar rules and utilize the oxford comma. Who Are We Looking For A positive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and a passion for serving in the pro-life field are a must. Must be teachable to learn SFLA technologies and platforms. Candidates must be self- motivated, a good problem solver, have an entrepreneurial spirit, expert multi-tasker, maintain confidentiality, able to work independently, and be a highly-organized person. Position Details Position Type This is a part-time salaried position working at most 29 hours per week. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Hours can be somewhat flexible by request, but preferably in the morning. Supervisory Responsibilities The Donor Tour Scheduler will report to the Mid-Level Team Manager and will collaborate with multiple departments within Students for Life, without direct supervisor responsibilities. Physical Demands Must have the ability to operate technical equipment such as a computer and sit for extended periods of time. Work Authorization Must be able to successfully complete an I-9. The I-9 is used for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. Compensation $15 per hour of work completed. $0.25 per completed call for purpose of scheduling donor meetings. A $25 bonus for every successful meeting scheduled that is completed. A $100 bonus for every gift over $5,000 resulting from a meeting you scheduled.
