Position Overview Brighter Day Services is a fast-growing Maryland-based property services company offering residential and commercial cleaning, lawn care, pressure washing, junk removal, snow removal, and more. We operate under Robinson & Co., LLC and are actively scaling across multiple Maryland regions with plans for multi-state expansion. We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-comfortable Operations & Systems Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This person will own our internal systems, keep our tech stack running smoothly, and ensure every new hire is fully set up and onboarded before their first shift. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real growth potential as the company scales. Details Hours: 10–15 hours per week | Max cap of 20 hours per week Pay: $15.00 per hour Type: Part-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor Schedule: Flexible — coordinated with team availability Reports To: CEO / Founder

What You'll Do

Systems & Tech Management Build out, organize, and maintain our internal SharePoint site and document libraries Manage and update Connecteam — training modules, onboarding content, and team communications Set up and maintain RingCentral extensions, voicemail, and user access for new hires Handle basic Squarespace page edits and content updates as needed Organize and maintain company files across Microsoft 365 and OneDrive Onboarding & Setup Send onboarding packets to new hires via PandaDoc and track document completion Ensure all new contractors have signed required agreements before their first shift (ICA, handbook, policies, etc.) Set up new hires in Connecteam, BookingKoala, RingCentral, and all applicable company systems Confirm all system access is active and complete prior to day one Administrative Support Draft, format, and organize internal documents and SOPs Maintain accurate onboarding records and flag any incomplete items Coordinate handoffs with the Lead Generalist Supervisor and operations team as needed Send follow-up reminders on pending documents or outstanding system access

What We're Looking For

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Organized, detail-oriented, and follows through consistently Tech-comfortable — able to learn new platforms quickly Experience with tools like SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar systems is a plus Strong written communication skills Available and responsive during agreed-upon work windows Maryland-based preferred Growth Potential This role starts part-time, but as Brighter Day Services scales across Maryland and into new states, there is a clear path to expanded hours, increased pay, and a larger scope of responsibility.
