The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking in-house Senior Competition Counsel in Brussels, Belgium to be part of a dynamic and growing company and Legal team. NVIDIA’s Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology. We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing. As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world! What you’ll be doing: Partnering with the legal team and management on our competition matters. Interfacing with European regulators (both EC and NCAs) and other regulators from around the world. Working with cross-functional, global NVIDIA teams, such as NVIDIA’s contract and investment teams, on ways to help promote competition. What we need to see: A law degree and license to practice law in Europe 12+ years of experience at a law firm, regulatory agency, or company. Strong written and verbal advocacy skills. Exceptional legal judgment across a wide variety of subject matters. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience in high-tech industry. Demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach to your work. Passion for learning new areas of law.
