Responsibilities

Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient care.
Requirements
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Experience in home health nursing preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
