What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Representative in our Sports division, you'll be responsible for: - Communicating with Players and Guests: Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless experience for our players and guests. - Utilizing Internal Resources: Leverage internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories, ensuring accurate and timely support. - Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Build value in the arenaflex brand by delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. - Assisting with Bookings and RSVPs: Help guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. - Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues players experience with products, providing timely and effective solutions.
What is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - High School Diploma or College Degree: A high school diploma or college degree is required for this position. - Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support is necessary. - Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to apply. - Friendly Disposition: Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure and handle frustrated players with empathy and professionalism. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills are essential for this role.
