We’re Hiring: Junior Financial Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Entry-Level / Junior We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis to help drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management review
- Assist with cost analysis and expense tracking
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of financial processes and reports

Requirements
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Internship or prior experience in finance/accounting is an advantage
