We are a growing, client-focused law firm dedicated to representing policyholders in property insurance disputes across Texas. Our team is passionate about delivering results and providing exceptional advocacy in first-party property claims, including wind, hail, hurricane, fire, and water damage cases. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with experience in property insurance litigation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing cases from intake through trial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of first-party property insurance claims
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings
  • Handle court appearances and trial preparation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license and in good standing with the Texas Bar
  • 1–5+ years of litigation experience (property insurance experience preferred)
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • Experience handling first-party property insurance cases preferred
