Key Responsibilities
- Defend public entities and government agencies in civil litigation matters
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery
- Participate in trial preparation and trial proceedings
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- Experience in civil litigation or public entity defense preferred
Billable Requirement
- 1900 annual billable hours
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$180,000 – $235,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
