- Contract Project Manager – Debt Collections & Cash Management (Oracle Implementation)
Location: Remote Type: Contract – 12+ month project Rate: 110-115 w2 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong finance background, specifically in debt collections, delinquencies, and cash management. This role is a key part of our Oracle implementation, focusing on the Debt Collections and Cash Management workstreams. While deep Oracle experience isn’t mandatory, familiarity with Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) is highly preferred. This PM will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing a new collections department, ensuring seamless integration of people, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive leader, capable of navigating complex finance-driven initiatives and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of a new collections and cash management department, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize debt collection processes, policies, and strategies.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the bridge between finance and technology teams, ensuring smooth system integration.
- Advocate for customer-friendly collection strategies while maintaining business revenue goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Finance Expertise: Strong background in delinquencies, debt collections, and cash management.
- Transformation Leadership: Experience driving finance transformation projects and implementing process improvements.
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle (ORMB) or similar enterprise finance systems highly preferred.
