Event Planning Coordinator (Pharma) Full-time | Temp-to-Hire Fully Remote | Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones Monday - Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific or Mountain Time (plus overtime)

Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced Corporate Event Planning Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis. The role involves ensuring that commitments are met on schedule and within budget for various events including webinars, seminars, and conferences. Maintain consistent communication with sales representatives and internal teams throughout the event planning process Coordinate onsite and virtual meetings Handle daily phone and email support, including communication with sales representatives and faculty Run various reports as needed Set up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings Communicate effectively with clients and faculty Manage high call and program volumes efficiently Exhibit exceptional attention to detail Work effectively in a fast-paced environment Be available to work flexible schedules and extended hours to meet business needs Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event planning or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: USD 72000 - 108000 per year Experience: 5 years required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
