Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations
- Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information
- Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments through internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and a unified customer experience
- Identifying and resolving customer pain points, trends, and areas for improvement to optimize their experience and drive business growth

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls
- Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, such as a home office, where you can fulfill your shifts
- Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (arenaflex will provide a laptop and necessary equipment)
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra Credit:
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus!
