Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting information and capturing data promptly to ensure the business's databases are current and accurately reflect its developments, updates, and transactions.
  • Performing data entry in various systems, including EMR, and preparing information for data entry.
  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing high-volume data entry work, data entry of new applications, and clerical functions or data entry tasks.
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and establishing data entry procedures for each client.
  • Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry, performing daily audits, and data entry corrections.
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties.
  • Training new data entry employees on computer systems and ensuring timely data entry and file management.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with EMR systems and data entry software.
  • Certification in data entry or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
