Experienced Medical Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Database Management and Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Medical Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for updating our database with new and updated customer and account information, reconciling incoming census and requesting new lead information, and performing various administrative tasks to support our healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:

* Update database within the assigned markets by entering new and updated customer and account information

• Assist with maintaining database by reconciling incoming census and requesting new lead information
• Reconcile census, drive maintenance, and enter new lead information of existing facilities
• Enter new admissions into the CRM system and set them up as an account
• Send out and receive mail and packages, update returned mail
• Update the parent/home account with death and discharges
• Send and receive faxes and emails
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
• 1-3 years of customer service experience with a service company is preferred
• Salesforce.com or CRM experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, including:

+ Responding promptly to customer needs + Responding to requests for service and assistance + Meeting commitments

• Strong reconciliation skills, including:

+ Ability to reconcile from different sources to get an accurate picture

• Excellent organizational skills, including:
