We are seeking service-driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Specialists. In this remote role, you will support clients by coordinating personalized services, managing reservations and schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and delivering high-quality customer support. No prior industry experience is required. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, responsive customer service through the full client experience

Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, questions, and updates

Consult with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and service needs

Research and coordinate service options based on client goals and budgets

Assist with scheduling, reservations, confirmations, and documentation

Prepare and share detailed summaries, confirmations, and client materials

Manage updates, changes, and alternative arrangements with care and accuracy

Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination

Maintain organized records and accurate client information

Deliver timely, solution-focused support to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
