Remote Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor Assessor and Group Facilitator Hybrid Counseling is hiring an LADC looking for a unique part to full time opportunity. We utilize services such as telehealth and in-home services to remove as many barriers as possible to accessing care. This role gives counselors opportunities to work a remarkably felxible, with a great deal of autonomy to work with clients and our team in a way that fits your needs. Counselors provide a variety of services for individuals from the time of assessment all the way through a year+ of recovery. Many of the services you provide can be performed from home. • Chemical Health Assessments and Treatment Placements
• Group Counseling
• Individual Therapy (If licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner/Professional

The ideal counselor will have...

• An Active LADC. Mental Health license is a plus
• Tech Literate
• A self-starter and can take the initiative in working with their own clients
• Be business minded and take ownership of their caseload and be able to communicate why services are essential for client care.
• Knowledge of local resources for Mental Health, Chemical Health, and Community-based health care.
• Able to connect with clients of all socio-economic backgrounds.
• Have flexibility with availability in the evenings, weekends, and days (on their own time)
