- *Role Description**
This is a part-time remote contractor role for an Accounting Assistant. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, entering bills, tracking and reporting expenses. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with accounting policies and contributing to the maintenance of accurate financial records.
- *Qualifications**
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
