Freelance Animator – AI Music Video
This role is ideal for a creative animator with expertise in AI-driven animation, tasked with completing a partially finished 2D animated music video for a recording artist. The project requires you to work from an existing storyboard, with three scenes already colored and animated, and to build out the remaining sequences using established characters, style, and color palette. You will be expected to interpret the script accurately and infuse the video with the intended artistic vibe, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging final product. Deliverables
- Complete the remaining scenes of a 2D animated music video, adhering to the provided storyboard and script.
- Utilize existing character designs, style, and color palette to maintain visual consistency.
- Integrate AI animation techniques where appropriate to enhance the creative process.
- Collaborate with the artist to ensure the final video aligns with the intended mood and narrative.
- Deliver high-quality, ready-to-publish animation files within the agreed timeline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in 2D animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing music video or similar creative projects.
- Proficiency in AI animation tools and relevant software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, RunwayML, or similar).
- Ability to follow detailed storyboards and scripts, maintaining consistency with existing animated scenes.
- Strong artistic sense, attention to detail, and ability to match established visual styles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on a remote basis.
- Availability to start promptly and deliver within project deadlines.
