Role Description The Technical SEO Intern will assist in enhancing the company’s online presence by implementing SEO strategies and contributing to website optimization. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing website audits, optimizing web pages for SEO, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with the team on content and technical improvements. This is an unpaid internship offering career coaching, professional portrait headshots, and a reference upon successful completion. This is a remote position.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of technical SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimization, and website performance analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and organization
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
- A self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and apply new digital marketing techniques
- Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, or other website platforms is a plus
- Pursuing a degree or coursework in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred
