  • Document interactions and follow up on issues as needed, ensuring that all member concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up to date on products, services, and processes to provide accurate and informed responses to member inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare privacy regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our members.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a call center or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work, with the ability to navigate our systems and software.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed, to ensure that we're always available to support our members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with members in multiple languages.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
