Sales Closer - (Virtual)
Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: 1099 Consultant (Base + Commission + Paid Training) Role Overview We’re looking for ambitious, results-driven closers to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, we provide everything you need to succeed: training, leads, and equipment. You focus on what you do best- closing deals. This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. What You’ll Do
- Attend pre-set, company-provided appointments and deliver a professional, consultative presentation to homeowners.
- Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM to ensure every lead is tracked and followed up.
- Follow up with prospects to answer questions, overcome objections, and move deals to close.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance, share insights, and stay aligned with team goals.
- Commit to ongoing training to sharpen your skills, including sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach at every interaction.
