Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you'll deliver vital care, from assessments to treatment plans, while maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client needs and connect them to appropriate community services.
- Address complex issues, including trauma, substance use, and family dynamics, in crisis settings.
- Share insights on client challenges with the team to promote positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client care, including histories, assessments, and progress notes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
- Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.
