Position Overview

As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling live chat inquiries from customers. This is a non-phone support role, ideal for those who prefer written communication. You'll answer questions, offer support, and ensure a positive customer experience all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email

  • Provide accurate, friendly, and professional support
  • Follow scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Document interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records
  • Work closely with the internal support team to escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace during your shift

Requirements:

* Must be a U.S. resident

  • Must be 25 years or older
  • No previous experience needed – full training provided
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (typing, email, online chat platforms)
  • Reliable internet connection and home workstation
  • Must pass a background check (required prior to hiring)
  • Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines while working independently

Schedule & Pay:

* Full-time: 8 hours/day

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Flexible shifts available
  • Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour (based on performance and experience)
