Music Artist Manager

• Identify and recruit promising musical talent through strategic scouting and industry networking
• Develop comprehensive career plans, including branding, marketing, and performance schedules
• Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing campaigns to boost artist visibility
• Negotiate contracts with record labels, booking agencies, sponsors, and other partners to secure beneficial deals
• Coordinate with talent agencies for artist representation and manage talent acquisition processes
• Oversee the creation of promotional content, press releases, and marketing materials to enhance artist profiles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders such as promoters, venues, and media outlets
• Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, licensing agreements, and sales tracking
