Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Laguna Hills, CA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. You'll also be expected to build business relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend arenaflex's best solutions.
Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
- Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering systems
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Compensation and Perks
* Pay from $25 to $30 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
- Includes $2 Shift Differential
- Full-Time Hours: 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
