Salesforce Developer / Bilingual (Spanish/English)
This is a remote position. Location: Remote (Colombia / LATAM, GMT-5) Employment type: Full-time – Staff Augmentation Seniority: Mid–Senior (5+ years) Language: B2/C1 English required Role Mission Design and deliver high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, balancing declarative vs. programmatic approaches and ensuring performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and unit tests with solid coverage
- Apply platform limits best practices; optimize queries and governor usage
- Integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events); error handling and observability
- CI/CD and environment strategy across sandboxes and production
- Code reviews, standards, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Admins, QA, and business for clear requirements and delivery
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce development
- Proven LWC + Apex experience (including tests)
- B2–C1 English
- Certification: Platform Developer I (PD-I)

- Platform Developer II , Experience Cloud, event-driven architectures
