AI & Systems Specialist
AI & Systems Specialist | Remote | Full-Time We’re hiring an AI & Systems Specialist to help scale the Coaching department at Profitable Tradie. This is not an “admin” role. We’re looking for someone who loves systems, automation, AI, problem-solving, and making businesses run better behind the scenes. You’ll work directly with our Coaching team to improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, build automations, improve reporting, and help create a better client experience across the business. If you enjoy connecting tools, building smarter systems, testing AI workflows, and solving operational problems, you’ll probably love this role. What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and improving automations
- Streamlining coaching operations and workflows
- Improving onboarding, accountability, and reporting systems
- Maintaining dashboards and operational tracking
- Supporting tech and platform improvements
- Helping coaches spend less time on admin and more time with clients
- Testing AI tools and smarter ways of operating
- Supporting operational projects across the business
