Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior executive in a fully remote environment. You will manage schedules, communications, and administrative tasks, ensuring your principal can focus on high-priority business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the executive's diary, meetings, and travel arrangements Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and reports as required Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity Assist with personal administrative tasks and ad hoc requests as needed Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, EA, or in a similar support role Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively with minimal direction Discreet, professional, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar is advantageous Salary: R25,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
