Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our Amazon Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and order-related issues, while also troubleshooting and resolving customer problems with a focus on first-contact resolution. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
