Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately documenting call content in real-time to maintain accurate records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and company policies to provide informed support to customers

Schedule

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work a flexible schedule that includes:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare industry setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a healthcare industry setting, with knowledge of medical insurance and billing procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
