Position Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Take orders, coordinate activities in the store, and provide pricing and product information
- Recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services to customers
- Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
- Move boxes and equipment, stock materials, and manage the production queue and output
- Manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority
- Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions
- Assist in the training of store team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
- Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a retail or customer service environment
- Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines
- Ability to operate a Point of Sale terminal (POS) and process financial transactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer data and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
