SEO Specialist (German Speaking)
About the role: We’re looking for a German SEO Specialist who lives and breathes SEO in competitive industries. You’ll define and execute the SEO strategy, knowing your competition inside out and pushing our brands to the top in one of the toughest verticals. With a mix of technical skill, creativity, and relentless testing, you’ll ensure our SEO initiatives deliver measurable business impact. What's in it for you: Flat structure, minimal bureaucracy. Stay ahead of algorithm updates and search innovations, adapting strategy fast. Design and run SEO A/B tests to keep our approach sharp and effective. What we expect from you: Proven results in complex, competitive industries (banking, iGaming, pharma). 3+ years of direct SEO experience in such industries. Fluency in German (spoken and written). Excellent knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools. Solid command of leading SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to non-specialists. Creative, outside-the-box thinking combined with a data-driven mindset. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Technical SEO expertise (crawl rate, semantic SEO, SEO patents). Interest and strong knowledge in AI and its role in SEO.
