Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's operations and ensuring the smooth flow of data and information. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining our database systems. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain our database systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve data-related issues

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
