Real Estate VA Transaction Coordinator
WE’RE HIRING: REAL ESTATE VA – TRANSACTION COORDINATOR (REMOTE) Are you an experienced Transaction Coordinator who knows how to keep deals moving and details tight? We’re looking for a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant to support a buyer-focused real estate team. - Manage transactions from contract to closing
- Run comps & prepare CMAs
- Create and manage MLS searches (NJMLS, GSMLS, Hudson MLS)
- Keep files organized, complete, and compliant
- Use KW Command for CRM, tasks, and drip campaigns
- Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
- Help build and improve SOPs
- Support a fast-moving, buyer-heavy pipeline
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Transaction Coordination experience (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of NJMLS, GSMLS & Hudson MLS
- Experience running comps & MLS searches
- Proficiency in KW Command (emails + drip campaigns)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Strong communicator who takes initiative
- Able to work independently and keep things moving

- You take ownership—provide updates without being asked
- You work in real-time with the agent (quick daily check-ins)
- You’re comfortable in a growing, evolving environment
- You move with urgency and accuracy
📌 Important Notes:
- Work starts at 9:00 AM EST (non-negotiable)
- Initial workload may be lighter (as low as 2 hours/day)
- Hours will increase as transactions ramp up
