Role Overview Balance & Harmony Recovery Clinic is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to support clients in their mental health journeys while working from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Valid license as a Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
