You will be challenged by different environments and technologies on a daily basis. Providing superior service is a must with responsibilities ranging from answering client support questions to remote network monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution. IDEAL CANDIDATE: An ideal candidate will have a Network+ and A+ certification with administration skills of Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills such as answering the phone and assisting with clients both verbally and through tickets. Apply To This Job
