This role is ideal for a passionate professional with extensive experience in makeup artistry and a deep understanding of skincare and beauty trends. You will be responsible for providing exceptional makeup services, offering personalized beauty consultations, and driving sales through product knowledge and client engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a flair for creativity, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will represent the brand's high standards and contribute to creating a luxurious and informative client experience. Responsibilities: Perform professional makeup applications for various occasions, including events, photoshoots, and personal consultations. Conduct in-depth beauty consultations, assessing client needs and providing expert advice on makeup, skincare, and product selection. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, guiding clients towards suitable purchases. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for beauty products. Maintain a deep knowledge of the brand's full product range, including ingredients, formulations, and usage. Stay current with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and beauty industry news. Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the presentation of the beauty counter/area is impeccable. Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and fostering client loyalty. Collaborate with the retail team to drive overall store performance. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Contribute to creating a positive and inspiring brand experience for every client. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional Makeup Artist. Proven track record in retail beauty sales and client consultation. Extensive knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and skincare. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Creative flair and a strong sense of style and aesthetics. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience with different skin types, tones, and ages. Portfolio showcasing diverse makeup artistry skills is highly recommended. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to client satisfaction. Certification from a recognized makeup academy is a plus.
