Position Overview – Remote, Part‑Time, Flexible

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent & Product Eggspert who lives the flock‑or‑small‑pet lifestyle and wants to help others experience the same joy. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to emails, phone calls, and chat messages with warmth, clarity, and professionalism, ensuring every animal lover feels heard and supported.
  • Product Mastery: Develop an in‑depth understanding of the entire arenaflex product line, from coop covers to small‑animal waterers, and articulate how each item solves specific care challenges.
  • Hands‑On Troubleshooting: Provide real‑world, context‑aware advice—whether it’s fixing a feeder jam, recommending a coop layout, or suggesting a bunny‑safe water bottle.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product design, engineering, marketing, and logistics teams to relay customer insights that drive future innovations.
  • Feedback Analysis: Monitor trends in customer feedback, identify recurring pain points, and propose actionable improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Documentation & Organization: Maintain accurate records of interactions, update knowledge‑base articles, and keep internal CRM tools organized and up‑to‑date.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general admin tasks, such as order tracking, returns processing, and occasional content creation for newsletters or blog posts.

Required Qualifications

  • Current ownership of chickens (or other birds) and/or small pets; firsthand experience is essential for authentic support.
  • Reliable computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet home workspace (rooster crowing in the background is acceptable!).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable follow‑through, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
