This includes coordinating with speakers, managing online platforms, developing event content, marketing and promoting events, and ensuring a seamless user experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sports and leisure industries, enabling them to tailor events to specific audiences and interests. Experience with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Cvent) is essential, as is a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality events. You will work closely with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and drive registration. Post-event, you'll be responsible for gathering feedback, analyzing key metrics, and providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication, project management, and technical skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during live events. Develop engaging event content and agendas. Market and promote virtual events to target audiences. Provide technical support to attendees and speakers during live events. Manage event budgets and track expenses. Gather attendee feedback and analyze event performance data. Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with overall business goals. Stay current with trends and best practices in virtual event management. Qualifications: Proven experience in virtual event planning and coordination. Familiarity with the sports and leisure industries is highly desirable. Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex, Hopin, Cvent).
