Job Description: SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Administrator to support our marketing operations team for a remote, part-time temporary assignment. The primary responsibility of this role is managing co-operative marketing requests through Salesforce, including processing submissions, tracking approvals, and submitting invoices for reimbursement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative coordination, thrives in a process-driven environment, and has strong attention to detail. The Marketing Administrator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement processing while supporting communication between internal teams and external partners. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process co-operative marketing requests through Salesforce Review submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements Submit and track invoices for reimbursement through Salesforce Maintain accurate records and documentation of marketing requests and reimbursements Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding request status, missing information, and approvals Monitor reimbursement timelines and follow up as needed Assist with reporting, data entry, and administrative marketing support Support process improvements and help maintain organized workflows QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Ability to maintain friendly, cooperative, and professional relationships in a variety of settings Team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently Comfortable working in a fully remote environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Typical office setting Base Pay Range: Starting Rate $26/hour This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
